Epic Kids Oreo Ghost Costume

Make an Oreo ghost costume using a laser cutter and INKSCAPE software

• 2.5 m Felt black fabric
• 1.5m white Felt fabric

• one meter Thick white rubber
• White wig
• Long white shirt

Prepare the SVG for laser cutting, basically you have to make sure there are no closed lines or you end with a lot of small pieces and sawing them will be a mess, trust me, this way you are left a small tab you can later cut

Using a laser cutting machine, cut the 80 cm gray felt fabric in the shape of an oreo (using the SVG file). Repeat this step with the extra 80 cm. So you get 2 Oreo circles.

Sewing two round black pillowcases 60 cm in diameter.

Leave a 10 cm long opening in the pillow cover to fill the pillows.

gluing the Oreo decorations that you cut with the laser cutter:

First, apply fabric glue only on the decorations that are supposed to stick to the pillow. Then carefully place the entire circle of Oreo decorations on the pillow cover. Then, cut gently and remove the background of the decorations.

Repeat this step with the next pillowcase as well.

Wait an hour for the glue to dry before moving on to the next step.

(you can also saw each piece in the middle for added strength

Sew on two black straps that connect the two pillows together, so the side of the pillow decorated with Oreo ornaments faces outwards. so the space between the straps will fit into the head insert.

You can use any pillow filling you want, or recycle from old pillows

Dress in white pants and a white shirt. Put on a white wig and paint the face white. Place the pillows on your shoulders, so the side of the pillow decorated with Oreo ornaments faces outwards.
