Oreo-Filled Cookie #HMS2018

Today I am going to show you how to make cookies with Oreo's inside of them. These are great to make when you want a sweet snack or treat. These are really good and they also taste great with ice-cream or milk.

Ingredients-

• All purpose flour (4 cups)
• Sugar (1 1/2 cup)
• Eggs (2)
• Baking Powder (2 tablespoons)
• Milk (1/2 cup)
• Oreo's
• Vanilla Extract (2 tablespoons)
• Butter ( 1 cup, softened)

Materials -

• Measuring Cup
• Pan
• whisk or Electric Mixer

Get your sugar and wet ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract) and put them all into a bowl. Then get your whisk or electric mixer and mix all the ingredients together starting with the sugar, eggs, milk and butter, and ending with adding the vanilla extract. Mix until you get a smooth mixture but it is ok if there are a few lumps.

Mix the baking powder and the flour together. Then add the wet mixture into the dry mixture then mix until you get a some sort of dough. Now you knead the dough until you get a nice smooth dough. If the mixture is too watery then add more flour until you get the dough and knead.

When you are done making the dough cover it then put it in the refrigerator for an hour to set and when you are done the dough should be easy to work with.

Once the dough is done resting take a piece and flatten it. Then take a Oreo and put it in the center of the flattened dough and wrap the edges around the Oreo covering it completely. Repeat the process until you get as many cookies as you want.

First preheat the oven to 350°. Then oil the pan so the cookies don't stick then, place the cookies and bake them at 350° for 15-20 minutes.

Now you can eat your cookies and enjoy!
