Oreo Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

Oreos are good. Chocolate brownies are just as good.

But... do you ever just crave a dessert that's a little more unique to your tastebuds? A delicious dessert that's easy to make? A dessert that isn't only tasty, but also relatively quick to produce?

Look no further, for this page will cure the boredom of your tastebuds!

Supplies

Ingredients:

Oreos

Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix (18.3 oz.)

2 eggs

1/4 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

cooking oil spray


Tools:

mixing bowl

spatula

1/4 cup measuring cup

1/2 cup measuring cup (optional)

cupcake liners

Mix the Ingredients

Pour the entire bag of brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Then crack the two eggs into the bowl, and pour the 1/4 cup of water into the bowl.

Mix the contents for 30 seconds, or until the mixture looks smooth and dark brown.

Then pour the 1/2 cup of vegetable oil into the mixture, gently folding it into the mix.

Preparing the Cupcake Liners

Place the liners in each of the cupcake holes.

With the cooking oil spray, spray some oil on the base of each cupcake liner.

Creating the Cupcake

Place an oreo at the bottom of each of the liners.

Then scoop some of the brownie mixture onto each of the Oreos.

Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Bake the Cupcakes

After the oven finishes preheating, place the tray of cupcakes inside the oven, and set the timer to bake for 28 minutes.

Cool Down and Enjoy

After the cupcakes are finished baking, take them out of the oven with a mitten.

BE CAREFUL, because the cupcake tray will be hot.

Let the cupcakes cool down before trying them out.
