Ooey Gooey Double Chocolate Brownie Cookies

These amazing double chocolate brownie cookies melt in your mouth when you take a bite, as your taste buds dance with chocolate. Each bite of your gooey cookie makes you fall farther and farther into heaven. As your brownie cookie takes you away from earth, you can drink a large glass of milk to bring you back to reality. As you slowly float back to earth the cookie leaves you wanting more. Good thing this recipe makes 36 cookies!

Step 1: Ingredients

What you will need:

2/3 Cups Shortening

1-1/2 cups of lightly packed brown sugar

1 tablespoon of water

2 eggs

1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour

1/3 cup of HERSHEYS Coco

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

2 cups HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Tools you will need:

Medium mixing bowl

Whisk

Tablespoon

Teaspoon

1 cup

Hand mixer

Spoon

Oven

Step 2: Mixing

Mix shortening, water, brown sugar, vanilla, and beat together in a medium size bowl. Once beat together, put eggs in and slowly beat. Beat until everything is completely mixed together.

Step 3: ALMOST THERE

Once eggs are beated in, slowly add flour in as you blend the dough. Once you've added flour slowly add sugar, salt, coco and baking soda. Mix together well, until everything is mixed in.

Step 4: Almost Done!

Measure out the dough to about a tablespoon and make them into round balls. Grease a pan and place balls on the pan. Make sure oven is pre-heated at 375 degrees. Cook cookies for 7 to 9 minutes, remove cookies and let them cool for two minutes. Cookies may appear under cooked, but they will continue to cook while cooling on the pan. Give the cookies at least two minutes before removing them from the pan.
