This recipe is super easy and tastes so good! Even when you are making it it will smell so GOOD! It does not need much ingredients only a few that most households have. This recipe I am using can serve anywhere from 5-8 people depending on how much you serve each person. It is also very vibrant and will make any dinner table POP will color! Have fun making it and eating it! :)

(Note: I am a vegetarian so no meat was added to this dish, if you prefer you can add chunks of meat or chicken (or whole pieces) to your own dish)

Ingredients:

1 cup Basmati Rice

1 cup boiling water

3 TBSP olive oil

1 medium chopped onion

About 1 cup vegetable vegetable mix (pea's, corn, carrot)

1 TSP Black Pepper

1/2 TBSP Salt

1 TBSP Parsley

1 TBSP Coriander

1 TBSP Rosemary

1 TBSP Allspice

(Note: All Spices are optional, but salt and pepper are the main source of flavor all other spices are very much recommended)
