One Pot Stuffed Grape Leaves

Looking for super easy homemade food that still tastes good? Well, you have come to the right place! This recipe will take you about 1-2 hours, depending on skill, that is totally worth it. You will be licking your fingers and craving for more when you make these stuffed grape leaves, that are vegan and vegetarian!

Supplies

Rosemary

Allspice (1/2 TBSP)

Turmeric (1/2 TBSP)

Basil (1/2 TBSP)

Dill Weed (1/2 TBSP)

Salt (1 TBSP)

About 1/5 or 1/4 cup of Pomegranate Molasses

About 1/3 cup of Olive Oil

About 1/3 cup of Lemon Juice

Grape leaves

Chopped Parsley (1 and 1/2 cup), Onion (1), and Tomato (3) (All Large Size)

1 and 1/2 cup Rice

(All can be changed depending on your tastebuds)

Chop Tomatoes, Parsley, and Onions

These should all be chopped to a very small size. If you need to know how much refer to the supplies section.

Mix Spices

You should mix all your spices in a bowl. Refer to the supplies section in the beginning.

Get All Liquid Ingredients

Get all your liquid ingredients and put them off to the side. Refer to supplies section for measurments.

Put All Into a Big Bowl

Get a big bowl and put in the vegetables, spices, and liquids and mix it all together very well. Refer to the supplies section for measurements.

Make Grape Leaves

Get your grape leaves start putting some of the mix in the middle and start forming their shape. Refer to the video to guide you. Do not put to much and don't put to little for the right flavor and texture.

Transfer to Pot

Put some potatoes at the bottom of the pot to prevent the grape leaves from sticking then start to pile them up equally. Put it on medium heat.

Add to it 2 cup water, 1 TBSP Pomegranate Molasses, 2 TBSP lemon juice, 1 TSP Black Pepper, and 1/2 TBSP salt all mixed together.

Then put a plate that covers the stuffed grape leaves to have them cook well and not fall apart and then cover with pot lid.

Cook it for 30 minutes on medium heat and when the water starts to evaporate put it on low for another hour before you take it out.

This recipe can be served hot or cold, though I prefer cold. You should try it both ways!!
