One Pot Stir Fry Chicken With Vegetables
Do you know that you can make a great and delicious dish in one pot? Born to the family that loves improvisation and innovation, I will share a recipe that combines chicken and some vegetables. This dish is very easy to make. It consists of lots of various vegetables in it. Moreover, this dish is healthy, too. No more procrastination, let's get started to cook.
Supplies
Chicken fillets
Frozen broccoli
Frozen corn and green pea
1 clove of garlic, sliced thin
1 clove of small white onions, sliced thin
1 cm of ginger, sliced thin
1 tbsp. of butter
Soy sauce
Teriyaki sauce
Mirin
Sesame oil
White pepper and black pepper
1 pinch of salt
Sugar
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Green onion
Steamed Rice, optional
Celery for garnish, optional
Sesame seeds for garnish, optional
Marinate the Chicken
First, cut the chicken thinly as you can. In a small bowl, put soy sauce, mirin, teriyaki sauce, and sesame oil together. Stir them until combined. Put the chicken one by one into the sauce mixture and add flour. Stir them until incorporated. Let it rest for about half an hour. Set aside.
Cooking Pt. 1
In a large frying pan, put butter in the medium heat. After the butter melt, put the chicken one by one. Arrange it nicely. Make sure do not stack the chicken and do not overcrowded, otherwise, the chicken will not cooked through evenly.
Cooking Pt. 2
After the chickens are cooked, add garlic, white onion, and ginger to the frying pan. Add frozen Broccoli, corn, green pea, and green onion into the chicken. Saute them together until all the vegetables are tender. Add the sauce mixture, salt, white pepper, black pepper and sugar. Stir them nicely. After all combine, add water in it. Stir it again until the water is boiling. Remove from the heat. Serve the dish onto the bowl.
