One-Pot Chili
This is my one-pot chili. My staple meal while attending service school. I had tried some chili mixes and other online recipes then decided to create my own. Try it yourself as a starting place and then modify it to your own taste.
Supplies
Kitchen Equipment:
3-quart instant-pot
cutting board
sharp knife
measuring spoons
cooking spoon
Ingredients:
1 large clove garlic (minced)
1 large sweet onion (chopped)
1 large green pepper (seeds removed and chopped)
1 large red pepper (seeds removed and chopped)
2 pounds ground beef
1 can 28 oz diced tomatoes
1 can 14.5 oz chili-beans in mild sauce
1 Tablespoon Powdered Cayan Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika

Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Crushed Tortilla Chips

5. Close instant-pot and set to slow cook for 4 hours
Serving Instructions
