One Pan Spicy Cauliflower Curry

Easy and flavorful vegan meal or great side dish for dinner! If you don't like cauliflower, you probably haven't tried to make this spicy cauliflower curry.

We made a lot of different cauliflower recipes and shared what we enjoyed the most on our blog. You can roast, fry, steam, boil or make a cauliflower bread! It's so fantastic versatile.

However, this spicy cauliflower recipe is so easy and delicious. This comfort dish is ready at your table in less than 30 minutes with mostly pantry ingredients.

I think everyone should include this vegetable in your diet! It is healthy and easy to cook and you can regulate the spices at your taste.

Supplies

A large pan and a knife.

2 onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp curry spice
1 tsp spicy paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
200 g canned tomatoes with sauce /7.05 oz
1 tsp grainy mustard
1/2 cauliflower
2 cups water

Prepare All Ingredients

Cut cauliflower into florets.

Chop onion and mince garlic.

First, put a pan on the heat.

Add cumin seeds and toast them for 30 seconds, then set the seeds aside.

Add olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and garlic.Fry, stirring for 3-5 minutes until golden.

Add the rest of the spices and stir for 1 minute.

Cook the Sauce and Cauliflower

Add caned tomatoes and mustard.

Add water to the pan.

Add cauliflower to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer 10 minutes until cauliflower is soft.

Serve hot with rice or just as it is. Add spinach or parsley on top.
