Green Tea Roll with Black Bean Cream
I made this cake to gather up at friend's for watching the London Olympic Opening on 27 July.

Green tea roll is a very flurry but moist feeling cake. A combination of green tea flavour and the rich bean cream is indulging. Achieving the smoothness of the sponge is decided by the quality of meringue.
