Okra-In-A-Cup

With limiting space and limited resources (sunlight) living in urbanized apartment, it is a 'luxurious' dream to be able to grow edible crops in the built-up concrete jungle. One of my favorite edible is Okra (aka Lady's Fingers). With the challenging condition, will it be possible to grow Okra starting with:

1) from Seeds;

2) in small drinking cup due to space limitation;

3) under bright shade as no direct sunlight available.

Possible?!?
