Off-surface Shelf

Hi everyone, here's another fun easy to make project. In this project we will be making a small useful off-surface shelf with our own touch.

All we need is a basic 2D designing skills. So, lets get started.

في هذا الدرس سوف نقوم بعمل حامل للمصحف عن طريق آلة قطع الخشب السي إن سي. كل ما نحتاجه هو مهارات أساسية في التصميم الثنائي الأبعاد.

For this project all we need is :

1- Plywood. ( I used 8mm thickness)

2- Sanding paper.

3- Varnish.

And we will cut our design using a CNC machine.

المتطلبات

في هذا المشروع سوف نحتاج إلى

• خشب سُمك 8 مم
• ورق صنفرة
• ورنيش
• سوف نحتاج كذلك إلى آلة قطع الخشب السي إن سي

The design is attached with this step. It's really small design ( W= 17cm , H=30cm ).

العرض = 17 سم

الارتفاع = 30 سم

For this step just make sure to use the attached settings:

Bit = 1/4" or smaller.

Wood thickness = 8mm

Also, make sure to cut the inside shape first. don't forget to make the cut from inside the vector and out side the vector for the outer line.

تنفيذ المشروع

لأفضل نتيجة قص يمكن استخدام شفرة بمقاس 1/4 انش أو أصغر ليتم قص وتنفيذ الزخارف الداخلية بشكل أكثر دقة

بالنسبة لاعدادات القص تأكد بأن يكون قص جميع الاشكال الداخلية من الداخل

So, here is our final product. Just one more touch is missing which is applying the varnish to make it look nicer :)
