Cut the Tube
First, cut your tube in half. This was already done for me, so i didn't take any pictures... But this should be fairly easy, i hope.
Attach the Fan
Get the CPU fan and place it on top of the tube, where the airflow goes in the tube, and attach it via duct tape. Pretty, isn't it? lol
Poke Holes
On the bottom quarter of the tube, poke holes about 1in. apart, to spread the air easier. I cut out two triangle shapes. (pictured below)
Place the Dryer Sheets
Fold the dryer sheet in half, and place it on top of the fan. For worse odor, put more sheets. Make sure the sheet is tight, and hold it in place with the rubber band. This eliminates the smell and acts as a filter!
Now Plug It In!
Place the red wire (+) inside the plug, and the black wire (-) on the outside. You can do this with both fans on the same adapter, but the fan is reduced to half power. If you are using a 9v battery, just remember: red is positive and black is negative
Put It to Use
Now repeat steps 2 through 6, and place these in your shoes, and there it is! They look ridiculous, but your shoes won't smell while these are in them...
