The first step in creating this scene is to create a plane in the layout tab. You will add this plane by clicking the add button in the top right corner of your screen, where you will find Plane. With this plane, you will apply the ocean modifier in the modifier tab. Next, apply some geometry nodes to apply texture and color so your ocean has detail.
