Preheat the oven to 190°C / 370°F

Put the sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter into a mixing bowl and mix it until it´s a bit foamy.

Now add the flour, baking powder and oats and mix for 2 to 3 minutes.

Heaps That Turn to Biscuits by Themselves

Use a tablespoon and a teaspoon to form little heaps. (When the dough is to liquid you can always add oats)

Don´t worry about the shape. You don´t have to press them down or make them round. This will all happen by itself in the oven.

To make that happen, put them into the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. You might think they are not ready yet, but just let them cool down and they will be perfect.

There you go - Oat Biscuites that taste like the ones from Ikea!
