SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
We have designed the schematic diagram in the EASYEDA software where you can see all the electronic components of the solid state relay with TRIAC, it is a very simple diagram but very good for our projects.
FUNCTIONING
MOSFETs, or metal-oxide field-effect transistors, have characteristics that make them useful for toggling electronic devices on or off. The device draws very little current on its own, typically under 1 microamp, while it can handle tens of amps of current. An N-channel, upgrade mode MOSFET will toggle a device on when it has a voltage of more than a few volts across its source and gate legs. When its voltage is at zeros, the MOSFET
TURNS OFF.
WE CAN CONTROL WITH A VOLTAGE OF 12V WITH TWO PUSHBUTTONS THE FIRST PUSHBUTTON WILL BE ON AND THE SECOND PUSHBUTTON WILL BE OFF, WHICH WILL HAVE TO OVERCOME THE VOLTAGE OF THE MOSFET IN THIS CASE 6VDC IN THE GATE
AND IN TURN THIS WILL ACTIVATE A 220VAC RELAY TO ACTIVATE ANY LOAD THAT IS ACTIVATED AT THAT VOLTAGE
