Nutritious Instant Noodles
If you are often too lazy or too busy to do anything but prepare some instant noodles quickly in a pot, this Instructable is made for you. Instant noodles are the first thing to come to many people’s mind when they think of a quick dish, but the health problem is really a concern. However, this receipt contains many vegetables and nutrition. You can eat it without burden. Also, the steps are very simple. Everything you have to do is to buy foods and throw them to the pot.
Ingredients/Tools
Ingredients:
The amount of the ingredients doesn't have to be that precise, they are just for reference. If you don't want to measure, you can skip the amount and I will tell you how to add the ingredients roughly later on.
The ingredient is suitable for a hungry person, or general two people. If you are making them for yourself and not very hungry, you can cut the amount by half.
- 2 bags of instant noodles
- stir-fry vegetables (100g)
- stir-fry peppers (30g)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Although you can adjust the amount of ingredients according to your preference, I don't suggest adding too much condiments and cheese. Because the flavor might be ruined by salty.
Tool:
- a stove
- a pot (with its diameter at least 18cm)
- a pair of chopsticks (you can also replace it with a fork and a whisk)
Beat the Eggs
Crack two eggs into a bowl.
Keep blending with the chopsticks until the yolks are well-distributed. If you don't want to stir eggs with chopsticks, you could also use a whisk. Though I highly recommend you to try chopsticks because it is way more easy to clean than a whisk.
Leave it here for later use.
Boil the Water
During cooking, keep the pot uncovered.
Add 1 Liter water to the pot.
Turn to high heat until boiling.
Add Vegetables
Put the stir-fry peppers, stir-fry vegetables and the vegetable package that the instant noodles attached all into pot.
Tips: If you don't like to weight the amount every time, like me, you could just add one third bag of vegetables and one tenth of peppers.
Add Flavors
Put ginger powder and granulated garlic into the pot.
Tips: If you don't want to measure it you can pour the seasoning bottles for half a second.
Add Noodles
Use a fork of a pair of chopsticks or a fork to make the noodles fully submerged in water.
Stir a little bit from time to time until the noodles are separated.
Pour Eggs and Cheese
Do not blend after pouring. Otherwise they will be scattered everywhere in the noodles soup.
Pour the eggs you blended before into the pot now.
Then add cheese to the pot.
Tips: If you don't want to measure, add cheese that the area of cheese is similar to your palm.
Take Out
Put it out to a bowl when it is still hot, otherwise it will stick to the pot.
