Nutella Pumpkin Muffins
I have to say, I am just AMAZED at the flavor of these muffins! I was going to just post the ingredients for regular pumpkin-spice muffins, but I saw a commercial for Nutella, and I got a bright idea! Lightbulb moments are so much fun! Are those muffins beautiful, or what??? Using the Muffin Master Mix, these muffins are easy, tasty, and FUN TO EAT!
Today was the first day of school in my neighborhood, and I was just thinking that my children would have devoured these muffins in a heartbeat, and run off to school with a nutritious breakfast with fiber, the nutrients of the pumpkin and dairy, and a bit of chocolaty taste as well. Ok, Ok, they're really NOT the MOST nutritious things on the planet, but, be wise and serve them on an occasional basis, and your kids will feel full of tastey food and love.

Mixing the Ingredients
I prefer to combine my dry ingredients and my liquids in separate bowls.
Then I add the dry to the liquid, so that I don't get any dry spots, and I find that I get better distribution of the liquids into the solids.
Fill your prepared muffin cups or tins about 2/3 full of the batter.
