Nutella Noir Chocolate Squares

I am fond of dark chocolate. Really dark chocolate - as in 100% cacao unsweetened chocolate. I use it as the base for all kinds of treats, that I can make exactly as sweet as I want them to be.

I also love hazelnut: so I had the idea of combining the two flavors.

Gather Your Ingredients.

This practically instant and delicious treat which I call Nutella Noir Chocolate Squares uses only 2 ingredients:

Nutella
and
100% cacao unsweetened baking chocolate squares: I always use Ghirardelli's chocolate.

The only utensil you need is a knife or a small spatula for spreading the Nutella.

Once you have gathered your ingredients and your knife, you are three quick steps away from a fabulous chocolate/hazelnut moment.

TakeTwo Squares of Ghirardelli.

Break off two squares from the Ghirardelli bar.

Add a Generous Layer of Nutella.

Spread a generous layer of Nutella on one square.

Add the Second Square of Chocolate.

Top the Nutella covered chocolate square with the second square.

Eat immediately - or wrap for later!
