Also, trying out new recipes is my go-to hobby, especially when it comes to making something sweet! Melting the Butter
In a small bowl, melt 3 tablespoons butter.
Get Ready to Stir...
In a small bowl stir together the melted butter, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon. Once they are all mixed together, set the bowl aside.
Get Ready to Whisk...
In a different bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Then, set it aside.
Stir, Once Again...
In a different small bowl, stir together 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. When finished, set aside.
Time to Make the Rolls!
Trim the crusts from each slice of bread. Then, spread each slice with a thin layer of the butter mixture and Nutella. Then, roll it up tightly. Repeat the same process with the rest of the bread slices.
Get Ready to Do Some Dippin'!
Place 2 tablespoons of butter in a large pan and let it melt. Dip each roll (one at a time) in the egg mixture and put it on the pan. Allow roll ups to sauté for 1 to 2 minutes per side until it is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Sprinklin' Time! the Best for Last...
Remove each roll from the pan (when ready) and sprinkle each one with the cinnamon-sugar mixture, and with powdered sugar (if wanted). Serve with Nutella on the side. You could also drizzle the rolls with Nutella or with maple syrup to add a delicious touch of sweetness! And of course, fruit will never hurt! Add some berries to make it even tastier!
Enjoy!
Enjoy this unique, delicious and life changing treat! Hope to hear from you soon.
