Nutella Banana Cookies

These delicious Nutella and Banana Cookies are perfect for those ripened bananas lying around!
They are perfect for a tasty Choc and Banana craving!
They really do taste great, yet are also easy and quick to make.

Ingredients and Preheating Your Oven

Makes: About 30

You will need:

1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup butter
2 large ripe bananas
1 egg
1 3/4 cups oats
1 cup Nutella

Preheat your oven to 400 F (200 C)

Sieve together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl until combined.

Next cut in butter, but do not mix.

Mash your bananas, then add to the mixture, along with your egg, and start to mix.

Then add in your oats while continuing to mix, keep mixing until well combined .

It may look a bit wet, but carry on! Trust me it will work!

Adding the Nutella

Now you are almost finished!

You will now have to add in the Nutella, take care over doing this, pour your Nutella into your batter then "slice" the Nutella into the batter, do not mix it, by slicing it in you will create a "prettier" cookie!

Baking Your Cookies

Now you need to spoon and drop your cookies onto a grease proofed baking tray.

Bake in your oven for 8-10 minutes.

Then nom!
