Cabbage, what a wonderful veggie! this is a fast, easy way to make it.

Ingredients:

- 1 quater of a large cabbage. I used a half of a baby cabbage and it served 3. Cabbage gives great yield cooked this way.
- 3 garlic cloves choped small
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 tablespoon of white vinegar + tablespoon of water

Slice you cabbage as thin as you can get it. This is the hardest step in the whole dish.

In a saute pan heat up the oil and fry the garlic.
add the salt, pepper, paprika and stir for a second.

Add the thin sliced cabbage, stir for a minute to warm it up. Use high heat, you want the water +vinegar mix to sizzle.

Add the vinegar and water shut the heat off, cover the pan and let it sit for 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!!!

I eat it with rice, but you can use as a side for almost anything. I fact, it would make the perfect side for a corned beef meal https://www.instructables.com/id/Pressure-cooker-Corned-beef/
