I am making mac & cheese because I love to eat Mac & cheese and it seemed like a good idea to make it. My family also loves it when I make Mac & cheese, so I'm going to show you the way I make Mac & cheese the way my family loves it.

  2. flour

As you boil your water, start making the sauce. Get the sauce pan and turn heat onto medium to low heat and add butter, let it melt then add flour and mix it around. Once you've done that add salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if you would like to add hot sauce). Add your milk in and give it a mix. Then you will get your cheese and add it in and mix it around to tell it's melted.

Noodles

Once your water is at a boil, add your noodles and wait for your noodles to be done. Once your noodles are done, drain your noodles and add them into your sauce and give it a good mix.

Enjoy

Once done mixing your food, you can now eat it and enjoy it!!

Reflection

Mac & cheese is one of my favorite foods to eat. This is just as easy as making boxed mac & cheese. You could even add different cheese if you wanted or you could add meat into it. I didn't really have any problems with making this mac & cheese because how many times I've made it.
