Add a permanent grease layer between food and steel. Preventing food sticks to hot steel.

Supplies

  1. cast iron or grills
  2. canola oil
  3. onion or oil brush

if using onion, slice it by half. Pour in cooking oil into a bow for easy application.

Apply heat to cast iron with first cooking oil coat. Burnt the oil off with high heat, and reapply cooking oil with onion or brush to coat steel surface. Apply this process until dark grease layer sets on cookware. For BBQ grill, you don't need to repeat this process as for cast iron.

once done, you can start cook.
