How to make a Makey-Makey noisemaking tile project:

Supplies

1 Makey Makey

2 alligator clips (helpful if they are different colors)

foam board

paper board

1 scissor/blade

aluminum foil/aluminum tape

regular tape

cardstock

computer and adaptor

Cut Hole in Foam Board

Use an exacto knife or blade to cut a large rectangle in the center of the foam board

Attach Cardboard to One Side of the Foam Board

Glue the cardboard to one side of the foam board so that the wiring that you are about to put inside of the hole will be hidden

Put Wiring on the Inside

tape tinfoil inside the carboard, then attach wiring by attaching the one end of each alligator clip to copper wiring taped to the tinfoil

Cover Wiring With Another Foam Board

Put another foam board on top to cover wiring

Attach Other Sides of the Alligator Clips to the Makey Makey

Attach the other sides of the alligator clips to the Makey Makey (make sure you have included a ground), and set up Makey Makey code so that when pressed, the "button" makes a cool sound

Decorate the "button" (Top of the Foam Board)

Decorate it however you want! It's fun to make the decorations match the sound, for example, if the sound is a bird call, draw a bird.
