- cut the masonite in to 2 pieces 30x50 and 1 piece 12x60
- when you put them together it will be 60x50
- use the tape measure and mark 4" on each corner and snap a line to connect them.
- then after that mark 1" then 1/2" then 1" then 1/2" untill you reach the other end. do all 4 sides.
- take the speed square and mark lines.
- take the 1/2" bit and drill a hole at the end of every 1/2" mark like in the photos.

- take the scrape 1x and make a jig that slides down the masonite but extends out to keep the back of the saw straight.
- go around the masonite and cut all the lines to connect to the holes that were drilled.
- take the 12" piece and mark, drill, and cut the same way.
- find center of the 12" piece and make a handle.
- cut the rubber to go about 12' on each side.
- glue the masonite and the rubber wait till all most dry then stick together and tape the edges.
