No-Reload Water Gun

This is a no-reload water gun.

I decided to create this project after reminiscing on my childhood and remembering what a good time ive had when I was going to the pool with my brother. We both had this tiny water guns and we would play for hours at a time. While it was fun I remember that we both got very frustrated with the need to reload our guns for 50% of the time, so, in a fashionable 15 year delay - I decided its about time!

Supplies

a) well... a water gun!

b) Duct tape

c) A couple of straws

d) A bamboo skewer

e) A drill

f) a screw

Drill Drill Drill

Using your drill and drill attachments, create a small hole underneath the gun water intake, then, using the screw, expand the hole to be just a bit smaller that the size of your straws.

Precision Is Key

Now, insert the skewer into your straw and aim the skewer tip inside the gun water intake tube. Once the skewer tip is inside, push the straw to cover it and remove the skewer. Use the duct tape in order to keep the straw in place and to seal the connection between the straw and the gun.

Added Mobility (optional)

I am not a little kid anymore, and in order for the gun to work, the end of the straw has to stay in the water.

That's when the second straw comes in, connect the second straw to the end of the first one and now you can stand in the water and use your gun without compromising your newly added no-reload system.

Enjoy

Now you have a fully functional no-reload water gun. Use your power wisely.

p.s: Don't forget to create another one for your brother (just kidding, go and destroy that "normal slow reload water gun user" fool).
