No-Knead Sour-Dough Bread

Easy way to make bread without kneading it.
Supplies
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of warm water
- 2 teaspoons of instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 5 cups of bread flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
Additional items needed
- Mixer with Dough Hook
- Parchment Paper
- Dutch Oven
- Plastic Wrap

In a the Mixer, Using the Dough Hook, Combine the Water, Yeast, Honey, Flour, Salt and Yogurt




Once It Is Mixed Into a Ball, Cover the Bowl With Plastic Wrap and Let It Sit at Room Temperature for 2 Hours or Until It Is Doubled in Size


When the Dough Has Risen, Punch Down on the Dough and Cover the Bowl Again and Put in Your Refrigerator So It Can Sit Overnight


Take Your Dough Out of Your Fridge. Dust Your Work Surface With Flour and Scrape the Dough Out of the Bowl and Make Your Dough Into a Ball



Line Your Dutch Oven With the Parchment Paper and Place Your Dough in There. Let It Sit for One Hour Room Temperature and Let the Dough Rise.

Pre-heat Your Oven to 475 Degrees Fahrenheit. Then Place Your Dutch Oven With the Lid and Bake for 20-25 Minutes

Remove the Lid (with Your Mitt) and Let It Bake for Another 20-30 Minutes or Until Your Bread Is a Golden Brown Color.


Remove From the Oven and Lift the Bread Out of the Pot and Put It on a Rack to Cool Off for 1-2 Hours.
