This bread is really easy and tastes really nice. You don't need to knead the dough and it takes very little time besides the cooking and the proofing/prooving time.

Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl combine:

3 cups flour

2 teaspoons sugar

3 teaspoons yeast

sprinkle of salt

dash of oil

1.5 cups warm water

combine all ingredients in bowl you can use a wooden spoon or your hands. The mixture should be elastic-like and flexible.

Leave to Rise

Cover your bowl with a clean tea-towel and leave to rise for 2 hours. If you live in a colder climate I really recommend putting a hot water bottle beneath the bowl as it aids the rising process.

Bake

Once the dough has risen flour a surface and mould into a ball shape. Using circular cupping motions.

Bake at 200 degrees c /400 degrees f for 42-45 minutes. When your bread comes out it should be a gorgeous golden brown colour.
