(*UPDATE*)No-Forge Required Knife V 1.1

Hey this is a knife I made out of a piece of a metal fire pit grate I will be making more updates and will add more as i have time, enjoy.

Metal

Basically for a no forge knife you need some already flat but durable metal such as lawnmower blades then you need to flatten any curves in the metal (see image above).

Shaping and the Edge

Shaping the knife is the longest part, this calls for patience and a grinding wheel, shape the blade to your liking and keep a bucket of water around for cooling the metal. To put a edge on it angle the blade and grind it then sand any roughness off.

Removing Rust

Removing any rust is essential, repeated sandings will do the trick, when then rust collects remove it with water and dry it with a rag.
