No Bake: Philadelphia Cream Cheese Pie


Ingredients/Materials:
10in - Ready Pie Crust
2 Cans- Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 Cup- Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon- Almond Extract
1 Teaspoon- Vanilla Extract
1 - 2 Pack Original Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1- Large Bowl
1-Teaspoon
1 - Blender/Mixer
1/3 of a Measuring Cup
Add the 2 Packs of Cream Cheese and the 2 Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk to the Bowl.


Note: Stir the mixture with a spoon to break up the cream cheese.
Add 1/3 Cup of Lemon Juice to the Bowl.

Add 1 Teaspoon of Almond Extract and 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract to the Bowl and Mix.



Open the Pie Crust and Have It Ready for the Blended Mixture to Be Added.

Add the Mixture to the Blender and Blend in Small Increments.


Note: Make sure to blend all the chunks out of the mixture.
Check the Mixture With the Teaspoon and Ensure It Has a Smooth Consistency.



Pour the Mixture Into the Pie Crust and Smooth It With the Spoon.


Note: Fill your pie crust to the top leaving space around the rim showing the crust.
Pick Up the Pan and Gently Shake the Pie to Even the Mixture.


Note: DO NOT SHAKE HARD! Gently hold the pie flatly with two hands while moving the pie towards your body and away from your body.
Add Your Lid to Your Pie.


Refrigerate Your Pie for 2 Hours to Settle ! ( Leave It Overnight for Best Results)
