Plug your Circuit Playground Express into your computer and open https://makecode.adafruit.com/

This is where you will create your code.

You will put "forever" from the loops category, a volume block, and choose how loud you want your music to play (I chose 255) then you will select the "set all pixels" light block and choose what color you want your light to show.

Create the rest of your code like the one shown above to create a light that glows in the dark on your stuffed animal.

Next, you will add your tune. I chose to have my tune start on shake so I put in the "shake" button from the input category. After this, I added note blocks from the music category to create the tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star".You can also make your code play multiple different tunes with different notes.

Once you have finished your code, download it to your circuit playground by holding down the reset button on the playground and exporting the code to the playground file.

Place the Playground Express in Stuffed Animal

Cut a hole in the front of the stuffed animal with fabric scissors. Take a small amount of stuffing out of the animal and place the playground express inside.

Glue the Parchment Paper on Stuffed Animal

Cut out a piece of parchment paper. Glue it onto the cut-out part of the stuffed animal with the super glue.

Customize Your Own Project
