70% More Solar Collection? Newest Dripper Tracker Design to Rotate Solar Panels on Equatorial Mount.
I did dripper trackers a few years ago because I saw a need, got some great comments and some prizes and I thought people would surely try them and develop them further. But nothing happened.
Here is the latest simplest version. The barrel of water is an easily controlled way to move a solar panel or solar cooker reflector. As the water drips out of the barrel the solar panel must move! Today I did a test. It takes about 3 kg of weight to move the panel and with 25 kg the half filled float in the barrel will move it no problem at all!
