New Type of Russian Salad

Ingredients:
- 6/7 carrots;
- 2/3 potatoes;
- 250 grams of peas;
- a table spoon of capers;
- 4/5 table spoons of tartar sauce;
- 250 grams of gelatin.

Cook carrots and potatoes (and peas if you don't want to use the canned ones) in the way you prefer (microwave, vapor, pressure cooker....). Cut the carrots in small cubes.

Peel potatoes and cut them in small cubes too.

The pieces should be no bigger than 2/3 cm.

Wash the peas.

Put carrots, peas, potatoes and capers all together in a bowl. Mix them slowly with a spoon.

Using tartar sauce instead of mayonnaise, gives the salad a more delicious and new taste!
Put 4/5 spoon of tartar sauce (you can use less or more sauce, it's up to your personal taste) and mix again slowly.

Prepare the gelatin. I prefer the cubes at the porpouse. Generally the recipe is like this one: boil 125 g of water, put the cube in it and stir until the cube is completely melted. Add 125 g of cold water.

Pour the liquid in a hot resistant bowl and let it became cold. Then put it in the fridge and wait more or less 12 hours.

Cut the gelatin with a knife in little pieces (3-4 cm).

Add the gelatin to the vegetables and here you have a delicious russian salad!
