New Type Wire Cutter
This is a new, small and practical wire cutter that is made with simple supplies. Be sure to make this wire cutter and comment and do not forget to vote!

1) An old pencil sharpener
2) 2×small pins
3) a small spring
4) 4×small screws
5) a small hinge
6) 3×ice cream sticks

Prepare Equipment for Making Wire Cutter
A) Remove the blade from the sharpener (unscrew the sharpener)
B) Cut the ice cream sticks from the marked crease lines.
C) The length of the piece of wood "d" should be equal to the length "d" in Figure B; Cut 2 pieces from this rectangular piece.

Make the Lever Hinge
A)The lever hinge pieces should look like this.
B,C)Place the two pieces of wood at a suitable distance from each other, then place the hinge on them and screw the hinge to the pieces of wood with screws (as shown).

Attach the Wire Cutter Blade
Glue the desired blade at a perpendicular angle to the ice cream stick.
Make the Lever Arm Guard
Glue a sheet of aluminum foil to the surface of another ice cream stick (as shown). [To protect the wood surface against the blade.]
Attach the Lever Arms to the Hinge
Place the two ice cream sticks facing each other so that the sharp edge of the blade is completely perpendicular to the aluminum foil, then glue the hinge to the top of the lever with glue (as shown).
Attach the Spring at the End and Between the Two Lever Arms and That's It!
Finally, place a spring between two ice cream sticks and glue the spring between them.
