New Generation USB Cable Winder (Low Resistance)

Description:

This new generation USB cable winder is especially suitable for TPE material super-fast charging data cables with a diameter of 5mm or less. It's designed with two rollers at both ends which, combined with its open structure, greatly reduces the resistance the cable experiences during winding, thereby protecting the data cable. The winding spool features spring-loaded detents (or ratchet teeth) that engage with gears on the bottom cover plate. Each turn of the spool produces a crisp clicking sound and also prevents the spool from accidentally loosening.

Supplies

It's simple to assemble and easy to print, requiring only 25g of filament and taking about 1 hour to print.

For a more pronounced tactile feedback from the spool's spring-loaded detents and a longer lifespan, printing with PETG is strongly recommended.

0.2mm Layer Height, 2 Walls, 15% Infill
