Nerf Scout 1X-3 Mod

In This Instructable I'm going to show you how to modify a Nerf Scout. The internal modifications consist of removing the air restrictior and plugging the holes in the barrel up, along with increasing the spring power.

-Nerf Scout (duh)
-small Phillips head screwdriver 
-dremel
-tape
-needle nose pliers

take all the screws out, three of them are behind the slide.

first take the o-ring off so you don't damage it, then use a dremel or drill to cut through the back it the plunger into the restrictor. then use a pair of pliers to pull the restrictor out

towards the end of the barrel there are two holes that let air escape from the barrel. i used masking tape to cover these holes up, you can use hot glue or whatever you want just make sure it will fit back in the gun.

i took a piece of card stock and folded it up and put it behind the spring to compress the spring more, you just want to make sure you don't add to much.

now just put it all back together and you're done
