Hello everyone,

Today I am going to make pie pops. Pie pops are perfect for birthday parties. Actually I made them in my siblings’ birthday and they were so happy and we all enjoyed. But these pie pops are different because they are filled with nectarine not apples. For those who don’t know what is nectarine, so nectarine is a type of peach but it has a little bit of plum flavour undertones and in my opinion it’s more tasty than just peaches.

If you liked my recipe please let me know down in the comments, and let’s get started!

Put the flour, butter, salt and sugar in the electric mixer and mix them well, Then add the water gradually so the dough become like the sand. But when you press it the dough should stick together. Then wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge until you prepare the filling.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface and cut it to circles using a cup or any circle cutter. Then put a toothpick and put some from the filing then put another layer of the dough and press the “edges” with a fork and brush some milk on the top, and sprinkle some sugar.
