Things You Will Need:

-piece of bamboo
-piece of terf

Cut
Saw off about 30 cm of the bamboo.
Removing
remove the splinters at the joints of the bamboo.
Wrap
Wrap the bamboo in the terf.
wrap the terf tightly with the garden wire.
