Yes,it is the result of Samsung galaxy s4. While capturing the photos you'll know the right method. Focus your object very carefully with the perfect angle and if you want put a dslr effect place your phone on a ground zoom your object click on it then you'll see the sides of the object giving you a blurry effect.
