Nasa Space Shuttle Challenger Replica Made Out of Pipes (+used Bottles and Cans)

This project was carried out as a means of training life skills and forging to become entrepreneurs in extra-curricular junior high schools at our place as you can see in our video.

We made this space shuttle using many PVC pipes as the launcher and some bottles for the replica. We also use three used cans and alpha boards to make the design of the shuttle. Here's how wake the Space Shuttle Replica:

1. For the middle plane, cut the cap hole of one out of the plastic bottles
2. Connect both bottles with a glue (make sure you glued the bottom side of the bottles)
3. Wrap the bottle with an orange paper
4. For the top, form a triangular prism using an orange paper
5. For the side rocket, do the same thing as the the middle rocket but using one bottle and a white paper (optional: you can cut both of the cap bottles)
6. For the shuttle, first draw shuttle on the alpha board and then cut it
7. Draw the tail of the shuttle and then cut it as well
8. Cover the the shuttle using three cans cuted and made as three cones and the middle cone put the plasticine as the as a ballast
9. Draw or print the USA flag, Nasa Challenger and USA word
10. Print them on a sticker and put them on the shuttle's wing

And for the launcher :

take some PVC pipes according to the size as shown in the picture then arrange and glue each part with PVC glue also don't forget to put a bicycle wheel valve at the end for a windbreak when pumping into the pipe

The electrical part of the aircraft launcher is made according to the electrical scheme in the picture. as well as the smoke maker. please connect according to the scheme. avoid wrong connections to avoid short circuits and the tool can work properly with remote control module

so the instructables that I made hopefully can be a contribution in the world of experimentation and games outside the home. And it's a tip for people who always want to try new things and make use of used goods into something new that is valuable and quality
