300ml Hazelnut Milk

180ml Double Cream

111g Nutella

Bring the milk and cream to a simmer on a low - medium heat. Once the mixture begins to simmer, remove from the heat and add the Nutella.

SERVE

Top the hot chocolate with whipped cream, chopped hazelnuts and Nutella.
