NIHUR Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

NIHUR meatball is a satisfying food that consists of meat, potatoes and kashar (cheddar) cheese. It has gotten its name from me and my girlfriend's first name. :))
This food is not complicated to make and also delicious one.
So it will be different taste for you who are carnivore :)
Prepare to Mashed Potatoes








What you need for ?
Inventory
- cooker or pressure cooker
- knife and peeler
- blender
Consumables
- 4 pieces of medium size potatoes
- 1/2 tea cup cow's milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper
PREPARATION
1- Wash the potatoes and peel them all. Slice each potatoes to 6-8 pieces and boil them.
2- After boiling is finished, grind them all by helping blender.
3- Add the milk, butter, salt and black pepper as mentioned above and mix them until it is uniform.
Prepare to Meatballs






What you need for?
Inventory
- a plate
- baking paper
- oven tray
- turbo oven
Consumables
- 1/2 kg of minced meat
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teacup of bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon of salt, black pepper, chili pepper and thyme
PREPARATION
1- Make ready the turbo oven at 180°C
2- Mix well all of the consumables in the plate.
3- Remove pieces of minced meat which size is about an egg and give them shape as hollow.
4- Place the shaped meatballs inside of oven tray and bake it about 30 minutes.
Combine Them All







1- grate to the kashar (cheddar) cheese as desired amounts
2- prepare to tomato sauces (a table spoon of tomato paste and a cup of water)
3- Fill to hollow of meatballs with mashed potatoes and cheese, respectively
4- Poor the liquid tomato sauces to bottom of the oven tray
5- Bake it again until cheese is melted and fried (about 10 minutes)
Ready to Serve



Before the serving, pour some tomato sauces over the meatballs and serve it with some vegan food.
It was delicious and satisfying.
