NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION

Who said that quote?
NECESSITY IS THE MOTHER OF INVENTION

This is Plato to whom this quote is attributed.
HERE IS SOME DAMAGED SIDING

When Wifey and I bought this house this damage to the vinyl siding was hidden behind a board. so one day I removed the board and this is what I found. The previous owners had kept their BBQ too close.
YOU CAN'T MATCH SIDING

Siding that's been up for a while exposed to the elements is virtually impossible to match. Even if you had a piece of the original it would no longer be the same color. So out of necessity....
NECESSITY IS ....

Hey, since I Bar-B-Q myself, why not hide the damage with a functional addition.
MY MOTTO: I never have a problem, I only have a challenge.......
Thanks, Plato
