Today, I present to you my Instructable on the topic of WATER.

I'm used to making jewelry of all kinds, but this time I wanted to participate in this competition despite the difficulty of mixing textile jewelry embroidered with soutache with Water.

However, I love challenges and that's how I got the crazy idea of keeping a piece of my seaside vacation this summer in a pendant to wear everywhere with you.
I collected many shells of all shapes on the beach and in the water, which very quickly inspired me to create this very original Jewel. I played on the water filling and the air bubble in order to imitate the effect of the sea and the sky as well as possible.

So I decided to reform a dream seabed, as we would always like to discover it: very clear blue Water, rich in shells, fine sand, underwater flowers and reflections of light.

The part "making the seabed" is up to everyone. As long as you have a lot of patience and thoroughness.
Make room for your imagination to create your most Beautiful Ocean !!!! And turn it into a real Unique Jewel.

You have to gather all the material in 2 parts:

- 1 part to create the seabed with the Water.

- 1 part which is all the ornament around this one.

Making the Small Container

Place a drop of Attack glue at the bottom of the lid to deposit the beige-colored grains (to imitate sand).

Then do the same with the blue grains to mimic the surface of the Water.

Place 2 drops of glue to put the 2 shells. Cut a flower from the stick to secure it in the center.
Put some blue glitter in the background, to imitate the reflections of light in the Water.

Tint the Water

Put Water in a glass.

Add a little powder blue diy in the water, until you get an intense and luminous blue.
Aspirate a little water with the syringe. Then place some in the cabochon. Do not fill to the top in order to leave an air bubble imitating the sky.

Seal Off the Pendant

Dry the edges of the cabochon to put the liquid glue. Then glue over the round of plexyglass. Wait a few minutes and check that the Water does not flow out.

Beautify This Little Ocean

Take the materials needed to decorate the Water cabochon.
Have a precise idea of the shape to give to the jewel. It is best to make a sketch before you start to embroider.

Add the 3 rows with the faceted beads in this order: turquoise, yellow and blue.

For the back part of the jewel, place a drop of liquid glue on the soutache string before cutting it. This prevents to slip away.
