My Cold Smoker

I made my cold smoker to smoke somon or pork tenderloin that I love.

I made it all stainless steel.for this I took from the stainless steel electric cable channel

the electric cable channel has a width of 20cm and height of 10cm.And for the length of 50 cm, I cut it with the grinder.

I closed the ends by cutting pieces in the cable channel cover

in the lid I cut out the right and left feet that I welded with a pointer. This made it possible at the same time to fix the 2 plates on each side.

the lid was cut to the same length as the smoker, 50cm, and I added a handle to it.

I bought a heating duct thermometer because in cold smoking must not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.

I made a support for the mini sawdust track, made with tack-assembled sheet metal scraps

the mini sawdust track was made with a fence that served to close the gutters, so that the leaves did not clog it

for meat support, I made a frame with 4 mm bar and added a wire mesh.

but it can be done more simply with hole plate.

on each side, it is necessary to drill to make a displacement of air inside

Here’s a good smoker....
