Get the File

Things exist on the internet for free sometimes. The heart used in this tutorial is one of these:

Heart Diagram

This file is part of the Wikimedia Commons. Sort of like saying "it's cool if you've got plans for this file."

I took it into Photoshop erased the names of valves and made everything red. What a plan.

Print the Hearts

There is a JPEG attached that will print two hearts and a border on one transparency sheet. This is useful if you have two valentines.

See below for "hearts.jpg"

Print the Words

I've included a file with some words. You may want to personalize this experience for that special someone. Do whatever you want.

Remember that you're going to press these two transparency sheets together, this means that your text will have to be mirrored/flipped horizontal/backward/inverted, you get it.

Print this file on a second transparency sheet.

See below for "text.jpg" to use the same file as this instructable.

Press these two transparency sheets together.

Cut

Be careful.

Follow the border on the original heart print. Leave some red if you'd like.

You can tape the edge to preserve the words and the original shape of the heart print.

Distribute

The ink may dry a little bit, but it will likely never dry completely. If you tape or glue the corners it may help preserve your prints.

Since you made two, you can try it both ways.

Distribute to each of your valentines.
