Mushroom Stew

Ingredients:

- 1 onion

- 3 potatos

- 3 carrots

- 150 g celery bulb

- 1 red pepper

- 400g mushrooms

- Sour cream

- 1 Maggi mushroom creamstew

- Half spoon of salt

- 1 spoon of Vegeta

- Little bit of pepper

- Little bit of sunflower oil

- 3 bay leaves

This stew is for 8 people

You should peel off carrots, potatos, celery bulb and onion.

After this step you should cut that in dices and mushrooms in stripes

First warm up the oil, add onions and mix it. After 5min add celery and carrots. After 5min add potatos and after 5 min add mushrooms.

When are mushrooms stewed, you should add 3l water and spices. That should cook 15min.

Add water to the Maggi soup and put it in the pot. After 5min is the stew done. You can add sour cream in your plate for better flavor. And on the last picture is done product.
