Choose Your Design on the Web
Search for your favorite design or image of your choice on the web and download it in jpg or png format. In black and white
Convert Image From PNG to SVG.
Go to the conversion link here and choose the option from jpg or pbg to svg (vector graphics).

Upload the image you downloaded and then press convert, wait for it to load and press download. and ready.
We Enter TinkerCad.
Enter TinkerCad with your Google account completely free.
Go to your user's area and choose a new design.

We Bring the SVG to the Workspace.
Enter the import area and choose the .SVG format
Then go to the downloads folder or the place where you saved the converted SVG image and click on it.
Modify Size and 3D Detail
Now we are going to give the appropriate size or whatever you want, to click on the object and modify its height, width and thickness using the support points to modify.
I used 50mm x 50mm x 3mm thick
Ear Hole
Now let's make the hole where we will glue the pin, for this we will use the cylinder primitive with a diameter of 1mm to stick the pin there and it will look good on the ear.

Export and Download
Now when you have finished the steps, click on export and choose .STL format, take it to your favorite 3D printing software and that's it.
Final Results
