Multi-function Card

I have always needed a handy tool. Since I use different tools on a daily basis, I created the Multi-function card. If fits perfectly in your wallet and it fits in your pocket. It is made from durable plastic and is sure not to break. It consists of a small wrench, a centimeter ruler, a can opener, a bottle opener, a flat screwdriver, and an envelope opener.

Since I heard that there would be a pocket-sized contest this year, I thought this would be an amazing thing to design out and make. In the end, it worked out very well, and was very durable.

I hope you will try to make this project!!!

Materials

You will need:

- A 3D printer

- Any type of filament (preferably ABS)

- A sander or sandpaper

These were my first initial designs on paper.

Designing and Printing the Card

I used Fusion 360 to design it.

I printed it out with 100% infill because it would lead to the card being stronger.

Sanding and Final Touches

I sanded the envelope opener because I wanted it to be sharp. (Don't make it too sharp though, otherwise it can cut you when you take it out of your pocket or wallet.)

Testing Out the Functions

All of the functions of the card worked very well. The ruler was exact, the bottle opener worked well, and the mail opener cut very well.
